RSS also received ComputED's Best Educational Software Award for 2001-2011 and 2002, and was a Media & Methods Awards Portfolio Winner 2002.
Ready! Set! Sign! was a Department of Education Award Winner in 1999, "designed with a broad range of students in mind" and "expected to increase significantly the Sign Language skills of hearing children beyond the levels that existing Sign Language materials ... are currently achieving with these learners."
Practical Homeschooling Magazine Library claimed in 2003 that Ready! Set! Sign! is "an excellent piece of software to have," and Library Journal listed RSS among its Best Reference Sources in 2002, "enthusiastically recommended for libraries everywhere."
Finally, Christine Field of The Old Schoolhouse claims that Ready! Set! Sign! is "complete, effective, and fun", "a program the whole family can enjoy and learn sign language together", and Dr. Russell S. Rosen, a lecturer for the Program in the Teaching of American Sign Language as a Foreign Language at Columbia University states that Ready! Set!
